Warranty and warranty content
If there are performance problems within 15 days after the product is purchased, and the appearance is not scratched, you can directly replace the new product with the test results of the after-sales outlets of Pulian.
During the free warranty period, based on the test results of Pulian after-sales outlets, the product will be replaced with the same model or a repaired product with the same performance as the product. The replaced defective spare parts will be owned by Pulian; products without faults will be returned as they are.
When our service organization is serving you, please bring the corresponding invoice and product warranty card; if you cannot produce the above proof, the free warranty period of the product will be calculated from its production date. If the product is repaired for a fee, the same performance problem will enjoy a free warranty period of three months from the date of repair. Please request and keep your repair certificate.
The products that have been replaced and guaranteed by the general warranty will enjoy the remaining period of the original promised warranty plus a three-month warranty period.
The following conditions are not covered by the free warranty has exceeded the warranty replacement and warranty period;
Product failure or damage caused by installation, use, maintenance, and storage not in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual;
Modify or tear up the product barcode without authorization;
The damage caused by the transportation, loading and unloading during the return of the customer;
Product failure or damage caused by force majeure such as earthquake, fire, flood, lightning, etc.;
Other failures or damages that are not caused by the product's own design, technology, manufacturing, quality, etc.
